I've personally had problems with weight gain, aching
joints, head aches, exhaustion and some mild depression. When I stopped eating
wheat I could feel it in my joints. And when I get wheat, like yesterday I had
a hotdog, I got a head ache. I have cut 95% of the gluten from my diet. I'm
still trying to get that last 5% out. It's hard because they add wheat to
everything. But even getting most of it out of your diet helps.
